Coaching terms & conditions — MARTIN WOLF LTD
The coaching provider is MARTIN WOLF LTD. Each video, telephone or personal development session costs £45 for 60 minutes. The four-session package costs £160 as a one-time payment; its full package terms are shown with the offer below. Coaching is not counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment.

Online service purchases: cancellation and refunds
You have a statutory right to cancel an online coaching service contract without giving a reason, until the end of 14 days after the day the contract is entered into. The package’s 60-day validity does not shorten this cancellation period or limit your statutory rights.
Read the cancellation, refund and early-start information
To cancel, send a clear statement of your decision to Martin at martin@martinwolf.co. Include your name and enough information to identify the purchase. You do not have to give a reason or use a particular form. Send your cancellation before the cancellation period ends.
When you exercise this statutory right, payments are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days after Martin is informed of your cancellation, using the same payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. If you expressly requested an early start after receiving the required information, a reasonable proportionate amount may be payable for coaching actually supplied before cancellation, calculated against the agreed contract price. There is no automatic charge for undelivered sessions.
If the required cancellation and cost information was not supplied, or coaching began without your express early-start request, you bear no cost for services supplied during the statutory cancellation period. If cancellation information was omitted, the cancellation period may be extended by up to 12 months under the law.
Starting a session does not by itself remove your right to cancel the remainder of a package. The statutory cancellation right ends early only when the whole service contract has been fully performed following your express early-start request and your acknowledgement that this right would be lost on full performance. Other statutory rights remain unaffected.
Requesting a start within the 14-day period
Coaching must not begin within the statutory cancellation period unless you have first received the required contract, cancellation and proportionate-cost information and expressly requested an early start. A payment or general agreement to terms is not an express early-start request. Any acknowledgement about losing the cancellation right applies only on full performance, not when the first session starts.
Before services begin, Martin will email your contract details, these terms and cancellation information in a form you can save. If you want coaching to start within the cancellation period, you must separately request this in writing after receiving that information. General terms acceptance is not sufficient. Without the recorded express request and required acknowledgement, coaching must not start during that period. These pages do not record consent or authorise an early start.

Contract confirmation and early-start requests
Martin uses a separate recorded email request for an early start; no automated consent system is required. Acceptance of the coaching terms and receipt of the cancellation information are recorded separately from that request. Payment does not itself authorise early performance or waive statutory rights.
Package terms — please read before purchasing
£160 total for four coaching sessions.
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
The package is valid for 60 days from purchase.
Reschedule sessions without an additional fee with at least 24 hours’ notice.
One-time payment, not a subscription.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will be reviewed individually.
No automatic forfeiture or penalty is introduced.
All applicable UK statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights are preserved. These terms do not remove or limit them.
After your one-time payment, Martin Wolf will contact you using the email provided during Stripe checkout to arrange access to your four sessions. Martin manually generates a unique private Cal.com link for each customer, with a maximum of four bookings. Each booking requires manual confirmation. Booking access is not activated automatically after payment. Do not book the standard paid sessions to use your package, as they would charge you again.
